Aslor Group

If you are struggling, we are the ones to solve it.

One house. One promise. We deliver.

We solve the problems that stop people from building, in the company and in the life. We build the company and the human because they were never separate.

The belief

A company and the person building it are not two problems. They are one.

Aslor exists to remove the walls that stop people from building, in their company and in their life. One house, one promise: if you are struggling, we are the ones to solve it. We are not for everyone, and we are clear about that. We are for people who treat their people as the point, and we say no to work that is not a fit.

What we do

Three divisions, joined by a bridge.

The company

Aslor Systems

The backbone a business runs on. We build the people function a company stands on, then hand it over.
  • Full people-function build
  • Fractional and interim people leadership
  • Pay, levels and equity design
  • Market entry and company setup
  • Leadership, capability and national talent
  • Talent on demand: fractional and offshore
  • Procurement and vendor trust
  • Business tax and cross-border compliance
  • Operating systems and KPIs
  • Family-business succession and governance
  • Practical AI adoption
The bridge, the heart of the house

Aslor People

Where the company and the human being meet. It answers one question: why do good people leave? We find the real reasons, repair the culture, design flexibility and remote work, and build belonging and wellbeing into the way the company runs, so it keeps its best people.
  • Whole-human performance and retention
  • Culture repair and toxic-workplace fix
  • Working caregivers and parents
  • Newcomer integration and onboarding
  • Flexibility and remote-work design
  • Team wellbeing and belonging
  • Business owner wellbeing
  • Human-walls performance diagnostic
  • Business ethics and integrity
The person

Aslor Life

The same care, offered directly to the individual: business owners and anyone who needs help getting past a personal wall, whether or not they run a company or work for one of our clients.
  • Land and settle: arrival concierge
  • Distance caregiving
  • Cross-border healthcare and eldercare
  • Career reinvention and life design
  • Safety net for the self-employed
  • Money without borders
  • Belonging away from home
  • Coming home: repatriation

How we work

One promise, delivered now.

Everything is available today. Nothing waits for a later phase. What changes from one service to the next is only how we deliver it.

We build it

Where we are the experts

The people and human work is ours, in-house. We build it, install it, and hand it over so you own it.

A partner delivers it

Vetted, and accountable to us

Where a specialist is needed, a trusted partner delivers it under our watch. We own the relationship and the outcome.

Offshore teams

Scale without the overhead

Repeatable work runs through vetted offshore and nearshore teams, so cost stays low and quality stays held.

The bundles

Most people arrive with a situation, not a shopping list.

So we package the work. Take one service, or a bundle built for a situation we see often. Click any bundle to see what is inside.

What it looks like

One owner. One wall. One team.

A business owner from California is opening an office in Dubai. Hiring has stalled, nobody owns HR, and a parent abroad needs care.

1
The wall

Hiring is stuck, HR is nobody’s job, and the business owner is pulled in three directions.

2
One honest conversation

Thirty minutes to name the real wall. We scope one path with a clear outcome.

3
The build

We and vetted partners set up the entity, licensing, and the people function, under one contract.

4
The bridge

We fix what holds the team back, and arrange care for the parent and a soft landing in Dubai.

The finish

The work is handed over. The business owner stays on in Aslor Circle, the membership designed around an advisor, benchmarks, and briefs.

Circle
One team. One contract. A business owner who can get back to the company.
An illustrative example, not a real client.

Or build your own.

Pick one service on its own, or combine up to three across the house. The moment you cross a division, you are using the bridge, the thing no one else can package.

The Aslor HR Gap Assessment MEMBERS ONLY

Inside Aslor Circle

The full audit of your people function in about eight minutes. Six areas, scored and prioritized, tuned to the law where you actually operate. You leave with a number, your biggest gaps, and exactly what to fix first. This one lives inside the Circle, run every quarter against your real data.

See it in Aslor Circle
Aslor Circle

Running people is the hardest part of running a business. You do not have to do it alone.

When something goes wrong with a person, most business owners have no one to ask. The Aslor Circle is the answer to that. You get a named HR professional who knows your company, guidance matched to the country you operate in, and a private room of owners who have faced what you are facing. Every client is in from day one. Anyone can join.

One

Someone to call

A named Aslor advisor answers your questions, within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Before you end a job, answer a complaint or promise anything in writing, you talk it through with a professional first.

Two

Answers that fit your country

Templates, policies and the monthly Brief are matched to where you operate. A US termination letter is not a UAE one, and you should not have to learn that the hard way.

Three

A room of people who understand

Private rooms and closed door sessions with owners at your stage. What you learn travels. Who said it does not.

One badly handled termination or complaint can cost more than a year of membership. The Circle is there so you make that call with advice, not alone.

Start with a free question

Ask your first question free.

Have a people problem on your desk right now? Send it to us. An Aslor HR professional will read it and reply by email, within 24 to 48 hours on business days. No card and no commitment. One free question for each person. Please do not include employee names or health details.

General guidance, not legal advice. Your question is read only by Aslor.

The Signal

Are your numbers good, or just normal? The Signal is designed to show you where you stand against companies like yours, without anyone seeing your name. Peer comparison for a group appears once enough members are in it to protect privacy.
How it works
  1. You share your location, industry and size when you join.
  2. The Signal compares your numbers with combined, anonymized numbers from members like you.
  3. You see where you are ahead, where you are behind, and what to look at next.
What you get inside
  • How many people leave, how long hiring takes, and how healthy your culture is, side by side with peers
  • Only combined and anonymized figures, never one company on its own
  • Shown for companies in your market and at your size
  • A group is shown only when enough members are in it to protect privacy
  • Gets sharper with every member who joins, so early members help set the first benchmarks
A good fit when: A board member asks if your attrition is a problem, and you want a real answer.
Peer figures are shown for a group only when enough members are in it.

Data Concierge

Ask for the number. Get it with its source. Stuck on a number for an offer, a review or a board meeting? Send the question. A named Aslor analyst comes back with the figure and where it came from.
How it works
  1. Send the number you need: a pay range, a bonus level, an attrition figure.
  2. A named Aslor analyst replies with the figure, the range and the source.
  3. Use it in the offer, the review or the board paper.
What you get inside
  • Pay and people questions answered with a sourced figure
  • The source shown, so you can defend the number in the room
  • A short, board ready summary when you ask for one
  • Fair use limits, confirmed when you join
A good fit when: You are about to make an offer and the Index does not cover the role, or your board asks for the market rate on a new position.
Response times and fair use limits are confirmed when you join.

The Board

Hire from people you trust. Post your own roles to the Circle, and see roles other members share.
How it works
  1. Post a role with the title, location, type and pay range.
  2. It shows to Circle members only.
  3. Members pass it to people they trust. Aslor can benchmark your pay first.
What you get inside
  • Post your own roles to a closed, trusted group
  • See roles from other members, and refer people you know
  • A pay benchmark before you post, so the range is fair
  • Roles marked with a reference so you can follow up
A good fit when: You need a hire from a referral you trust, or you have a good person you cannot place yourself.
Roles appear as members post them. Posting is for members only.
Members onlyIncluded in: Individual, Company and Boardroom

The Directory

Find the owner who has already solved your problem. Find and reach other business owners and HR leaders in the Circle. Only people who choose to be listed appear.
How it works
  1. You choose whether to be listed.
  2. You choose what shows: name, role, company, city, and one line on what you are working on.
  3. Search by region and function, and reach members directly.
What you get inside
  • A searchable, members only list of owners and HR leaders
  • Control over your own listing, which you can change or remove at any time
  • Filters by region and function, so you find the right person fast
  • Nothing scraped from anywhere: every entry comes from a member
A good fit when: You are opening in a new city, or facing a problem someone in the Circle has already solved.

Partners & Perks

One call for every specialist you need. Aslor holds the contract and the relationship. When you need a specialist, a vetted partner does part of the work under Aslor's watch, and you never have to find or manage one.
How it works
  1. Tell your advisor what you need: payroll, a licensed specialist, relocation, or another service.
  2. Aslor introduces a vetted partner, and holds the contract and the preferred rate.
  3. You deal with one team. Aslor stays your single point of contact.
What you get inside
  • Member rates with vetted providers, as agreements are signed
  • No searching for providers and no managing partners
  • Partners are named only after they agree in writing
  • Aslor tells you if it earns a fee from an introduction
Perks, in plain terms

A perk here means a preferred rate or a better deal on something you would buy anyway. Aslor holds the agreement, so you do not have to negotiate.

  • Founding rate held for 12 months for the first 10 members of each plan
  • Member rates on Aslor services that sit outside your plan, quoted in writing before any work starts
  • Preferred partner rates, added as each agreement is signed. A partner is named only after it agrees in writing, and Aslor tells you if it earns a fee from an introduction

Categories you can ask your advisor about today: payroll, immigration and visas, relocation, local employment counsel, accounting and tax, insurance and benefits, recruiting, and employer of record services. The Partner Request Form in your pack sends the request.

A good fit when: You need a specialist in a country or a field where you do not know who to trust.
Partners are named only after they agree in writing. Rates are added as agreements are signed.
Members onlyIncluded in: Boardroom, by application

The Boardroom

You cannot always tell your team or your investors what is really happening. The Boardroom is a small table of business owners and CEOs who have been there, with a senior HR advisor in the room. You can say it here.

  2. If it is a fit, your seat is confirmed in writing and you receive a payment link.
  3. You join a table of up to five, meet your dedicated advisor, and begin.
What you get inside
  • A private table for business owners and CEOs only, up to five members, matched by stage and situation, meeting every month for 90 minutes

  • A private executive coach: matching and your first session included, then $450 a session
  • Your annual leadership 360, as an extra
  • A quarterly board and investor pack on the people issues your board asks about

The Boardroom · by application

A seat at a table where you can speak freely.

Running a company is lonely. You cannot always tell your team or your investors what is really happening. The Boardroom is a small, closed table of business owners and CEOs. You say what is going on, hear from people who have faced it, and bring in a senior HR advisor who knows your company. What is said here stays here.

5seats at a table, never more
1dedicated senior advisor, yours
16services in every seat
Same dayline to your advisor
01
The room
Your table and your peers

Your table Included

For business owners and CEOs only. Up to five members sit at a table, matched by stage and situation, not only by industry or city. Aslor does not seat direct competitors together. The table meets once a month for 90 minutes, online, with in person sessions where members live near each other. A senior Aslor advisor chairs it. What is said at the table stays at the table.

Closed door gatherings Included

Private evenings and sessions for Boardroom members, online and in person, with an Aslor expert in the room. There is also one gathering a year for the whole house. Aslor hosts. You pay your own travel and meals.

Introductions Included

Aslor introduces you to other members, to capital and to executive talent. Every introduction is made personally by Aslor. If Aslor earns a fee from an introduction, we tell you.

02
Your advisor, and the work Aslor does for you
Done for you, every quarter

Your own senior advisor Included

A dedicated advisor at Chief People Officer level who learns your company. You have a strategy session every quarter and a same day line. Message your advisor before 3pm Pacific on a business day and you will hear back that day, from your advisor or a backup. About two and a half advisor hours a month are included. More time is $300 an hour, agreed with you in writing first.

Quarterly board and investor pack Included

Every quarter you receive a ready pack on the people issues your board and investors ask about: retention, pay, succession and culture risk. You arrive at the meeting prepared.

Executive pay and equity benchmarks Included

Pay and equity for executive roles, by role, stage and market, built from Aslor's data as it grows. You set pay with evidence.

Private benchmarking exchange Included

A members only exchange of real pay, attrition and hiring numbers. Aslor runs it as a neutral third party and shares only combined, anonymized historical ranges. It is information only, and each member sets pay independently. The exchange opens once the first table is seated.

Deal and diligence support Part included

Help with the people side of raising, selling or buying a company. Included: advice in your advisor sessions and introductions to specialists. Extra: Aslor running the people due diligence or the integration for you, quoted in writing before work starts. Aslor coordinates, and licensed partners deliver where the work is regulated.

Succession and governance Part included

Succession planning, family councils, governance your family or board can trust, and a plan for the next generation. Included: guidance in your advisor sessions and Aslor's frameworks. Extra: a full succession plan, or a family council that Aslor facilitates, quoted in writing before work starts.

The board seat track Included

If you want your first outside board seat, Aslor helps you get ready and makes the introductions. If you need a board member of your own, Aslor helps you find a vetted one.

03
You, not only the company
Support for the person running it

A private executive coach First session included

A one to one coach, matched to you by Aslor, separate from your advisor and your table. Your matching and your first session are included. After that, sessions are $450 each, booked when you want them.

Your annual leadership 360 Extra

Once a year, a confidential 360 review of you as a leader. Your team, your peers and your board give anonymous input, and it is read back to you privately. This is an extra. We quote it in writing before you decide, because the price depends on how many people give input.

Aslor Life for you Part included

Aslor Life helps with the personal side of leading, such as a family move or care for a parent abroad. Included: one discreet contact at Aslor who coordinates and introduces. Where a licensed partner delivers the work, you pay the partner, and Aslor tells you if it earns a fee.

04
When it cannot wait
And first access to what is new

The crisis line Part included

A confidential line for the moments that cannot wait, such as a co-founder in trouble, a senior exit going wrong, an investigation, or a people issue about to become public. Your advisor or a senior Aslor partner responds the same day. It is not a 24 hour service. Included: the first response and triage, up to two advisor hours. Extra: follow on work at $300 an hour. Specialists such as employment counsel are paid directly, and Aslor takes no fee from any lawyer.

The war room Extra

For one big moment, such as a raise, a reorganization, a restructure or a sale, Aslor puts together a team for a few focused weeks: your advisor plus the right specialists. This is an extra. Aslor quotes it in writing before work begins, and ends it when the work is done.

Priority access Included

Boardroom members see every new Aslor service, tool and data cut first, before it reaches the rest of the house, and are asked to help shape it.

What is included, and what is extra

Everything marked Included is part of your $2,500 a month. Everything marked Extra, and the extra parts of the others, is at member rates. Nothing extra starts without your written yes.

  • More advisor time beyond the included hours: $300 an hour, agreed in writing first.
  • Executive coaching after your first session: $450 a session.
  • Crisis line follow on work after the first two hours: $300 an hour.
  • The war room, the 360, deal diligence and integration, succession plans and family council facilitation: quoted in writing before work begins.
  • Specialists such as employment counsel or investigators are paid directly. Aslor takes no fee from any lawyer.

Prices are before VAT, GST or similar taxes. One seat is one business owner or CEO. A co-owner or co-founder who qualifies applies for a seat of their own and sits at a different table.

The Boardroom is right for you if
  • You own or lead a company and carry decisions nobody else can share.
  • You want peers who will be direct, and you will be direct with them.
  • You will attend, prepare, and keep what you hear confidential. Every member agrees to this in writing.
It is not the right place if
  • You want a networking event or a place to find clients.
  • You want a one time advice session. Ask Aslor is built for that.
  • You want to sell to other members. Selling to members is not allowed.
  • You lead HR rather than own or run the company. The Boardroom is for business owners and CEOs only. HR leaders belong in the Circle's Roundtables and communities.
A typical quarter
  • Three monthly table sessions, 90 minutes each, with the same small group.
  • One strategy session with your dedicated advisor, and a same day line whenever something cannot wait.
  • One board and investor pack, ready before your next board meeting.
  • Introductions, closed door gatherings and priority access as they arise, announced to members.
  • Your coach, when you want one, at member rates after your first session.
  • Once a year: the gathering of the whole house.
How you get in
1Apply. You answer four short questions: your name, your work email, your company, and your role with what you want from the room. It takes about five minutes.
2A senior Aslor advisor reads your answers and schedules a call with you, usually within five business days.
3If it is a fit, we confirm your seat in writing and send you a secure payment link. You pay nothing until your seat is confirmed. The joining fee is your first payment, and your monthly fee starts at your first session.
4Your advisor welcomes you and you join the next table. If tables are full, you join the waitlist.
$2,500 / month, one seat
Plus a one time $2,500 joining fee. The joining fee covers the screening, the baseline profile and the introductions that make the table work. You pay the joining fee only after we confirm your seat in writing. It is refundable within 14 days of payment if you have not yet attended a session. After that it is not refundable, except where the law requires. Your first monthly fee starts at your first session. Membership is a 12 month commitment. After the first 12 months it continues month to month, and either side may end it with 60 days written notice. Seats are for business owners and CEOs, one seat each. Subscription and Refund Terms.

Questions owners ask before they join

Can I try it before I pay?
You can ask your first question free, use the free calculators and read a sample Brief, with no card and no commitment. There is no free trial of the Circle or the Boardroom. If you join the Circle, you can cancel within 14 days of your first payment and receive a full refund. The Boardroom works differently: you apply, we schedule a call, and you pay only after we confirm your seat in writing.
What do I pay, and when?
You pay monthly or annually, and you see the exact price before you pay. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, which is two months free. Your plan renews until you cancel, and we remind annual members before renewal. Prices are in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes.
How do I cancel?
Use the cancel link in any receipt, or email hello@aslorgroup.com. You do not need to speak to anyone or give a reason. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The Boardroom is different: it is a 12 month commitment, then month to month, and either side may end it with 60 days written notice.
How fast will I get an answer?
Every question gets a reply from a named Aslor HR professional within 24 to 48 hours on business days. If your question needs a lawyer, we tell you in that reply so you are not left waiting. Company plan members who message before 3pm Pacific on a business day hear back that day.
Who sees my questions and my data?
Only you and Aslor see your questions and the answers. Benchmarks use combined and anonymized figures, never one company on its own. You choose whether you appear in the Directory. Members agree to keep what other members share confidential. A member who breaks our terms, or shares information from the Circle outside it, is removed from the Circle immediately and receives no refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
Is the advice legal advice?
No. Aslor gives general guidance from HR professionals. When you need a lawyer, your advisor tells you so, and can introduce a vetted partner.
Who answers my questions?
A named senior HR professional vetted and supervised by Aslor. Nyanya Diagne, Aslor's Founder and CEO, has 25 years of HR experience and sets the standard every advisor works to. You get to know your advisor, and your advisor learns your company.
Which countries and states do you cover?
We work directly with companies in the United States and the UAE, and through local partners in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, the United Kingdom and Singapore. The monthly Briefs follow the places we serve. Today they cover California, New York, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and Singapore, and Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman follow as local partners sign. The Vault is written for California, New York, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and Singapore. We add other locations when members ask or when the need is there, and you can ask for yours with the request form in the Briefs section of the Circle. For a question from another place, your advisor tells you when a local specialist is needed and introduces a vetted partner.
What is not included in membership?
Membership gives you guidance, tools, data and community. It does not include legal advice or representation, payroll or tax filing, recruiting, or hands on project work such as building your people function. Project work is scoped and priced separately in writing, and members are never pushed into it.
How is the Circle different from HR Toolkit, HR Assist and HR Concierge?
Those are subscriptions for small businesses. HR Toolkit is the template library. HR Assist adds a named HR professional. HR Concierge means Aslor runs your HR day to day. The Circle adds the people health command center, benchmarks, deep tools, Roundtables and communities, and an hour a month with your advisor. Ask us if you are not sure which fits, and we will point you to the right one.
Who on my team can use the Company plan?
The plan covers your whole team, up to 20 employees, for one flat price. Tell your advisor who should have access and we set them up.
How is my information protected?
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Card details are entered on our payment processor's secure page, and Aslor never sees or stores your full card number. You decide what to share, and we ask you not to put employee names or ID numbers in your questions.
What if I am in a different time zone?
Aslor serves members in several time zones. Reply times are counted in business days, and your advisor agrees the best times for your monthly hour with you.
Can I get an invoice, and what about taxes?
Yes. After you send your request you can pay straight away with a secure payment link, or we can send an invoice. You see the exact price before you pay. Boardroom seats are confirmed in writing before any payment link is sent. Prices are in US dollars, plus any taxes that apply where you are. Email hello@aslorgroup.com for anything you need on the invoice.
I lead HR. Can I join the Boardroom?
The Boardroom is for business owners and CEOs only, so every member sits at the table in the same position and can speak freely. HR leaders are very welcome in the rest of the Circle: the Roundtables and communities, where you meet business owners and other HR leaders, and the Company plan.
What if my company has more than 20 employees, or works in several markets?
The Company plan covers up to 20 employees. Above that, or across several markets, choose Enterprise and we will build a quote with you before you pay.
I am already an Aslor project client. What do I pay?
Nothing extra. The Circle is included while you are a project client.
Do any member sections cost extra?
No. Your plan includes the sections described for it. Partner rates are added as agreements are signed, and you are never charged extra for them.

Is your workplace safe?

For anyone with a boss they cannot report and an ethics line that does not work. A private self-assessment, and a guide for when the ethics line fails: how to document what is happening, know your rights, take it past a captured channel, and leave with your dignity and options intact.

It informs and supports. It is not legal or medical advice, and it points you to licensed professionals where you need them.

The story
"Integrity is what a leader shows you when they no longer have to."

Aslor was born out of circumstance. Its founder lived the thing it now solves: carrying a career and the care of a parent across continents, and learning first-hand what it costs a company to treat the person and the work as two separate things. She built the house she needed, so no one else has to face the wall alone. That is why the promise is personal, and why the whole person is never up for debate.

Bring us the problem. We set it right.

One house. One promise. We deliver.
